Yes, it is. However, some important features of producing a functional will, are that it should be clear, properly signed and consistent with your other actions. While we have endeavoured to take care, we cannot determine the clarity of your descriptions or of your logic and other actions that may contradict with what is stated in the Will (such as nominating someone different from your Will). Your Will should also be signed by you and atleast two Witnesses, for it to be legally valid.
What happens if I make mistakes in my Will?
You can make changes to your Will free of charge for 30 days from the date of payment. Each time we will email the revised Will to you. Modifications made after 30 days are charged (see prices) and more modifications can be made free of cost for 30 days from such payment.
When should I not use this site?
You should not use this site if:
You want to give a asset to more than one person jointly, where the asset passes to the survivor (as against each person being able to give their share of that asset as per their Will).
You are not a Hindu, Jain, Sikh, Buddhist, Muslim, Parsi or Indian Christian or married under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
You don’t have a permanent home in India or do not intend to stay in a permanent home in India (ie not domiciled in India) or do not have any immovable property in India.
